Job Description
We are hiring full time call taker/Dispatcher. The candidate's will be chosen according to experience. Answers phones and provides excellent customer service for towing services and impound company, dispatch calls, data entry, may assist with releases during business hours, etc.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Team players who are self-motivated and will enjoy working in in the towing industry. This position will require some level of supervisory skills to direct and communicate efficiently with a team of drivers. Prior Customer Service Representative experience should include multi-tasking skills, ability to answer calls simultaneously on a multi-line phone system, and the ability to navigate quickly on our mapping systems and give accurate ETA’s to customers and clients.
