    ** About RealTalk**

    RealTalk is an AI assistant for licensed real estate agents. Agents can use a plain English to search MLS data, work leads in their CRM, draft client messages, create listing content, and automate weekly workflows. It's 100% free for agents. Available on iPhone and web browsers.

    We are looking for a highly motivated local launch contractor to help us get RealTalk in front of as many Phoenix-area agents as possible.

    ** The role**

    You will be responsible for driving local agent adoption through direct outreach, office visits, demo scheduling, social follow-up, and relationship-building with agents, teams, and brokerage influencers.

    This is not a traditional enterprise sales role. The product is free, signup takes seconds, and the goal is fast adoption and retention.

    You will work directly with the founder.

    ** Responsibilities**

    • Build and manage a target list of Phoenix-area real estate agents, teams, office managers, and local agent influencers.
    • Contact agents through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, phone, and text where appropriate.
    • Book demos with individual agents, small teams, and office groups.
    • Visit brokerage offices, team meetings, open houses, networking events, and local real estate gatherings.
    • Help organize lunch-and-learns, Zoom demos, and small in-person launch sessions.
    • Sponsor trainings and events hosted by continuing education school and brokerages.
    • Drive agents to sign up, run their first query, and try at least one core workflow.
    • Collect testimonials, objections, feature requests, and short user quotes.
    • Identify high-potential launch champions who can refer other agents.
    • Report daily on activity, learnings, and conversion metrics.

    ** Ideal candidate**

    You are a strong fit if you:

    • Know the Phoenix real estate market.
    • Are comfortable talking to agents, team leads, and brokerage staff.
    • Can send high-volume, personalized outreach every day.
    • Are comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations.
    • Understand social selling on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and text.
    • Have experience tracking activity in a CRM or spreadsheet.
    • Can explain a new technology product simply and confidently.
    • Like startups, fast feedback loops, and measurable goals.

    Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Hustle, communication ability, and local network-building matter more.

    ** Bonus points**

    • Existing relationships with Phoenix-area agents or brokerages.
    • Experience as an SDR, field marketer, real estate assistant, ISA, transaction coordinator, recruiter, or local event promoter.
    • Familiarity with ARMLS, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HomeSmart, eXp, Realty ONE Group, West USA, My Home Group, Keller Williams, or local real estate teams.
    • Comfortable recording short videos, posting on social, or helping agents share product demos.

    ** Success metrics**

    During the first 4 weeks, success will be measured by:

    • Number of qualified agents contacted
    • Number of demos booked
    • Number of live demos completed
    • Number of agents who sign up
    • Number of agents who run their first RealTalk workflow
    • Number of weekly active users driven from your outreach
    • Number of referrals, testimonials, and launch champions created

    ** Compensation**

    Target compensation:

    • $4,000–$5,000 monthly base
    • Monthly performance bonus based on activated users, demos completed, or weekly active users

    Example bonus structure:

    • $25 per activated ARMLS agent who signs up and runs a first query
    • $100 per team/office demo with 5+ attendees
    • $250 bonus for each office/team cluster that reaches 20+ activated users
    • Additional bonus for hitting launch targets

    Final structure negotiable based on experience and network.
