Job Overview: As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by managing a team of 3 recruiters – to start. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about recruiting, has a knack for team development, and is driven to help our company grow and succeed.
Your role:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and advocate for your team of three recruiters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance your team's recruiting and sales skills, ensuring their continuous growth and development.
Sales and Recruitment: Actively participate in closing deals alongside your team, leveraging your expertise in recruiting and sales to help the team achieve their goals.
Team Career Development: Advocate for the professional growth and success of your direct reports, actively supporting their career advancement within the company.
Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize the latest tools, techniques, and methods to source and recruit top talent for technical opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends.
New Hire Management: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support as they integrate into the team.
Metrics and KPIs: Implement, monitor, and report on key recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements and contribute to the company's overall success.
Follow-Up: Maintain excellent follow-up with both your team and clients, ensuring that all responsibilities are met promptly and professionally.
Experience and Expertise: Bring a proven track record of developing recruiters in past roles, showcasing success, tenure, and exceptional leadership abilities.
What you’ve got:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of technical staffing and IT recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in utilizing the latest recruitment tools and technology.
Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets.
Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring recruiters.
High level of self-motivation and organization.
