Job Summary

• Generates new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls. Also manages a personal database of leads for future conversion.

General Accountabilities

• Delivers prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services, to persuade potential customers to potentially use a service in the future.
• Contacts individuals by telephone, text, and email to convert leads into potential opportunities for the business.
• Explains products or services and prices, and answers questions from customers.
• Obtains customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
• Records names, addresses, purchase, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Obtains names and telephone numbers of potential customers from lists purchased from other organizations.
• Maintains records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma Required, Four Year Degree Preferred
• Experience: Previous Customer Service Experience
