We’re looking for a confident, people-focused communicator to join our recruiting team as a Phone Interviewer. In this role, you’ll conduct structured phone interviews, identify top talent, and help move great candidates efficiently through the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

1. Conduct structured phone interviews to assess skills and culture fit

2. Ask strong follow-up questions to evaluate candidate quality

3. Document interview insights clearly and accurately

4. Partner with the recruiting team to keep hiring fast and organized

5. Provide candidates with clear next steps and timelines

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
2. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
3. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or high-volume phone work preferred

Compensation - $18-$22/ hour
