Are you a friendly amp; motivated individual with a passion for helping others? We are ACTIVELY looking to hire 2-3 Phone Pros who have Experience selling Insurance. **** If you **** have worked for an Insurance Agency selling "Short Term Medical (STMs) or Limited Medical (LMs)," this will be an EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY for the right individuals.

Responsibilities :

· Handle inbound amp; outbound calls from interested prospects.

· Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and recommend suitable policies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.

· Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.

** Requirements :**

• · MUST HAVE: 2-3 years of Proven Phone Sales Experience
• · EXPERIENCE: Selling Insurance “Short Term Medical or Limited Medical.”

o (NOT A MUST—but would be a Positive amp; make you a TOP Applicant)

• · If you have sold “First Enrolls Products," that is a HUGE BONUS, but not required
• · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. (Bilingual is not required, but is extremely beneficial.)
• · Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• · Proficient in “Microsoft Office”/Computer literate
• · Ready to grow personally and professionally.
• Teachable, with a willingness to learn.

Compensation amp; Details:

• · Beautiful office located in East Boca Raton (Yamato amp; Federal)
• · Willing to “ Sponsor ” - Help you obtain your "215 Insurance License"
• · NOW OFFERING - Training Pay plus Uncapped Commissions
• · Weekly Pay —Average Rep is making $1000 - $1500.00 Weekly
• · Daily and Weekly Spiffs.
• · This is a Full-Time in-Office Position.
