    Phone Receptionist – Neurology Practice

    Location: Chandler, AZ Job Type: Full-Time

    About Us

    We are a busy neurology practice with multiple providers and locations, dedicated to providing excellent patient care in a supportive, professional environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Phone Receptionist who can manage a high-volume phone line while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Position Summary

    The Phone Receptionist will be the first point of contact for many of our patients. This role requires someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), friendly, professional, and able to handle a large call volume efficiently while assisting patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and other needs.

    Responsibilities

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

    Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

    Provide general information to patients regarding office policies, procedures, and services.

    Handle messages for providers and staff with accuracy and timeliness.

    Manage voicemails, ensuring all calls are returned promptly.

    Verify and update patient information in the EMR system.

    Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).

    2-3 years of medical office experience required.

    Experience with EClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR required.

    Strong multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail.

    Clear and professional communication skills.

    Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

    Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
