Phone Sales Representative - HVAC Distributor - Base Salary to 12.00/hour - Mayfield, KY

• Our client is a leading HVAC and water pump, ecommerce retailer who is seeking a Phone Sales Representative to field all incoming client calls.
  
• The Phone Sales Representative will assist in helping home owners in selecting the correct HVAC equipment based on needs, home layout, and budget. This person should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to field a high number of daily calls/emails.
  
• Working hours for this role: Tues-Fri 11a-7p CST; Sat 9a-3p CST

Responsibilities:

• Handling all inbound ecommerce inquiries, calls, quote requests, and web chats
  
• Use consultative sales approach to recommend products based on home size, budget, and duct work
  
• Covert website leads into closed sales
  
• Prepare quotes and discuss best package option for customer's needs
  
• Maintain follow-ups for open quotes and warm leads
  
• Provide positive customer experience from initial contact to order completion

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of phone-based sales experience; preferably in HVAC industry
  
• Background in inside sales, call center, or closing focused role is a plus
  
• Ability to learn product line relating to specs to technically communicate with clients (team will train)

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary of 12.00/hour along with a weekly commission payout with total compensation averaging between 60k - 90k/year. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
