Offer Now Idaho is hiring a Phone Sales Representative to qualify inbound and outbound leads and set high-quality appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a structured, metrics-driven sales role focused on disciplined phone execution, strong qualification, and consistent appointment generation. All members of our Inside Sales team engage in outbound activity. This position requires comfort with daily dialing, follow-up, and managing conversations with confidence and clarity. This is not a closing or contract negotiation role. This is a phone-based sales position responsible for qualifying opportunities and advancing them through the pipeline. Responsibilities: • Call inbound and outbound leads with urgency and professionalism • Qualify prospects by uncovering motivation, timeline, and key details • Control conversations and move prospects toward scheduled appointments • Set confirmed, high-quality appointments for Acquisition Managers • Maintain clean and accurate CRM documentation • Follow documented follow-up processes • Hit daily activity, contact, and appointment KPIs • Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and appointment quality Qualifications: • Permanent U.S. residency (required) • Reliable high-speed internet • Professional home workspace • 2+ years of phone-based sales experience preferred • Strong communication and objection-handling skills • Experience working in a remote environment preferred Compensation: $85,000 OTE Base + Commission
