Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions? We are a rapidly growing firm in the rare coin amp; collectibles vertical actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area. This is a Salary + Commission , full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own quot;Book of Clientsquot;) real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!

** Responsibilities :**

• Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and MUST remain Teachable.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket deals

** Qualifications :**

• 1–2 years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Paid Weekly
• Year 1 (OTE): $72,000–$150,000+
• Clear path to 6-figure+ income (Year 1)
