Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin amp; collectibles) vertical, actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm. This is a Base plus Commission , full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own quot;Book of Clientsquot;)

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and MUST remain Teachable.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket deals

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM quot; Half-Day Fridaysquot;: 9:30AM – 2:30PM
• No Nights or Weekends.

** Compensation :**

• Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED) *** TRUE Base + Commission Pay Structure ***
• Paid Weekly, Daily amp; Weekly Cash Spiffs
• Year 1 (OTE): $78,000–$150,000+
• Clear path to 6-figure+ income (Year 1)
