DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree Marketing
· Proven track record of increasing lead generation results
· Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns and paid search campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables
· Interfacing with marketing communications functions and product management
· Leading ongoing management of digital touch points such as social networking landing pages, and mobile
· Managing digital day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
· Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
· In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
· Presenting recommendations to Marketing team and the larger leadership team
· Developing and coordinating multimedia packages
Desired Skills & Experience
· 2-4 years of digital marketing experience/skills in the following areas:
o In-depth knowledge of SEO
o Deep understanding of digital marketing
o UX/UI experienced preferred
o Understanding of digital channel engagement and conversion
o Proven experience in delivering effective digital campaigns
o Solid project management skills
o Understanding of social marketing
o Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including paid social, SEO, display ads, retargeting, and paid search
o Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate analyze and interpret data
o Understanding of digital production and media
o Able to work under pressure with multiple priorities on various lines of business
o Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications
o Proficient/Understanding working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
