    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage company emails, including strategy, creative, calendaring, implementation, execution, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
    • Optimize email programs through continual testing of creative, cadence, offers, targeting.
    • Proactively evaluate branding, design, messaging, and functionality of email to develop the most effective email campaigns.
    • Research industry-related trade shows, conventions, conferences, and similar exhibition opportunities.
    • Plan and oversee sponsorships and booth space, booth construction, decor, graphics, budgeting, and all other event-related logistics.
    • Serve as point person for trade shows and assist with setup, breakdown (when travel allows)
    • Seek out speaking opportunities, webinars for company.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •  5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or project management role for a technology company (preferably SaaS).
    • Experience with job-related software applications such as Mailchimp, GetResponse, HubSpot, and relevant platforms.
    • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
    • Proven track record of building, implementing and optimizing email programs to meet business goals.
    • HTML experience to implement emails, landers, links, etc working with other front-end developers.
    • Strong analytical skills, understanding of A/B testing, and ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and take action accordingly.
    • Proven ability to manage all aspects of trade shows and conferences.
    • Critical thinking and proven ability to solve complex problems.
    • Excellent written skills - technical writing skills are a plus.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to think creatively and be persistent.
    • Ability to work independently as well as build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.
    • Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines and accuracy with minimum supervision.
    • PMP Certification desired.
