We're a close-knit group that enjoys working with each other in an entrepreneurial environment. We have an immediate opening for a Stock Room Clerk. We are located in the Chatsworth area and are looking for a self-starter to join our team. .

The Stock Room Clerk will provide support to the Stock Room including but not limited to:

Issuing and receiving stock as needed; maintaining inventory in bins/cabinets, insuring kits from pick lists and data entry of all inventory transactions; will work with Shop and Purchasing to assign work order quantities for machine shop lot sizing and assist with the company’s annual physical inventory.

Responsibilities include compiling and recording production data from MRP, work orders, process sheets and bills of material to ensure on-time delivery; will and ensure compliance with computer procedures. Individual will be responsible for the quality of documentation and records that affect production, purchasing, inventory records and other aspects of production. Individual will perform other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Possess strong organization & communication skills

Accurate figure aptitude

Computer skills

Min 1 year Stock Room experience

Accurate typing

Legible handwriting

Experience with database and inventory control software

Qualified candidate must have ability to perform assignments accurately and efficiently.

Position requires ability to stand, climb stairs, walk, lift up to 50 lbs. and sit for long periods of time.

Prefer experience working with engineering document control revisions; knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and Dynamic NAV (Navision).
