Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Seasonal Crew Lead/On-site Manger to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will lead a team of photographers to provide schools with an amazing picture day experience. No Photography experience needed. We offer paid training!

Paid photography & managerial Training

Responsibilities

Report weekdays in Escondido as early as 5:45 am

Travel to assigned school locations in a company provided vehicle

Manage a team of 2 to 8 photographers daily; enforcing policies and procedures

Provide excellent customer service to school administration, parents, faculty and staff

Manage Picture Day at school; following/adjusting picture day schedule

Direct students and staff to capture natural poses and expressions

Collect school data needed for processing student portraits

Assist in set-up and tear down of photography equipment

Various end of day reports

Qualifications

25 years or older (per our insurance to drive company vehicles)

Able to stand, bend and walk for the majority of the work day

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Good energy with the ability to work with children of all ages; preschoolers to seniors

Excellent verbal and written communication

Previous experience working with children

Previous experience managing a team

Valid driver's license, car insurance and a clean driving record

Available to work Monday through Friday every day; early mornings to late afternoons. No weekends.

Available to work the entire season starting mid-July to mid-November

Pass a complete fingerprinted, criminal DOJ background check (Employment is contingent upon passing background check)
