We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell photography/imaging products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Digitize video and photo material
• Promote business on social media platforms

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Understanding of basic photography
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Team player
• Good worth ethic

• Camera sales and repair
• Photo editing
• Video editing
• Social media marketing
• Photography

** Saturdays are required!
