Job Description

The Floating Teacher has a support role in the childcare center. He or she must be able to work with a variety of ages (infants through preschool) and implement the curriculum and learning experiences planned by each classroom's Teachers. He or she must do so in accordance with the Center's Mission, philosophy, guiding principles, policies, and procedures. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (CDA or Associates or Bachelors degree preferred) and have a commitment to the field of education as a career path. Candidates with early childhood classroom experience will be given preference.
