    The Scheduling Coordinator is a vital role and the first point of contact for our clients and their workforce. Primary responsibilities include monitoring and supporting the daily schedules of Ergonomists and providing quality service to all clients. The Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to the Ergonomics Program Manager and work closely with up to four ergonomists daily.

    This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position and eligible for the benefits listed below.

    Responsibilities, skills and abilities:

    • Responsible for daily schedules, coordination and communication of any cancelled or rescheduled appointments
    • Customer service experience is a must
    • Must work well independently
    • Must have excellent time management skills in a fast pace role
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Strong knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Ability to handle high volume emails in timely manner
    • Strong reading & writing skills
    • High level verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task

    Basic Criteria:

    • MUST reside in the Bay Area/Northern California
    • Must have 3 years administrative experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years MS Office Suite
