    360 Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to fill an opening at our Queen Creek, AZ clinic.

    Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! 

    • Base Comp ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 annually + Quarterly Incentives up to 15% of salary +  Full Benefits.
    • Individual salaries dependent on experience and job related factors.

    Position Summary:

    • Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
    • Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
    • Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
    • Manage schedule and payroll
    • Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
    • Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
    • Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
    • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
    • Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
