Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy is seeking a Per Diem licensed medical professional (PT, PTA, OT, or COTA) for our Las Vegas clinics to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Salary Range: Pay structure is $250 per FCE completed.

Position Summary:

Our clinic performs 12+ Functional Capacity Evaluations each week and looking to add a Per Diem FEC Evaluator to perform an additional FCE and cover time off within nearby clinics.

Flexible Scheduling offered Monday - Thursday, 5-6 hours/day.

• Provide FCE's in an outpatient ortho clinic setting to identify a person’s physical skills, functional capabilities, activity endurance, and work tolerances.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Medical Professional: Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) speaking required
