    Highline Physical Therapy is looking for a Multi-site Clinic Director to oversee our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Burien, WA, and a nearby clinic. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience managing multiple outpatient clinics.     Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Schedule

    Position Overview:

    Our Burien clinic is just south of Seattle, WA located at the Three Tree Medical Arts Building at St. Anne's Hospital. It is our largest outpatient physical therapy clinic providing comprehensive orthopedic care. Our team of experienced and highly skilled therapists provide care in the areas of sports rehabilitation, orthopedic, worker’s compensation, spine rehabilitation and more! Our Burien location is one of the few clinics offering massage therapy, aquatic therapy, and is connected to an inpatient facility.

    As a multi-site clinic director, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and leading our teams to deliver exceptional care. You'll be leading a team of PTs, PTAs, Massage Therapists, and support roles like our front desk receptionists and PT Aides.     Position Summary:

    • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    • Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or issues.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
    • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
    • Create individualized care plans for each treatment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a physical therapist
    • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferred
    • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
    • Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
