Multi Site Clinic Director/Physical Therapist
Highline Physical Therapy is looking for a Multi-site Clinic Director to oversee our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Burien, WA, and a nearby clinic. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience managing multiple outpatient clinics. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive Bonus + Benefits. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Schedule
Position Overview:
Our Burien clinic is just south of Seattle, WA located at the Three Tree Medical Arts Building at St. Anne's Hospital. It is our largest outpatient physical therapy clinic providing comprehensive orthopedic care. Our team of experienced and highly skilled therapists provide care in the areas of sports rehabilitation, orthopedic, worker’s compensation, spine rehabilitation and more! Our Burien location is one of the few clinics offering massage therapy, aquatic therapy, and is connected to an inpatient facility.
As a multi-site clinic director, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and leading our teams to deliver exceptional care. You'll be leading a team of PTs, PTAs, Massage Therapists, and support roles like our front desk receptionists and PT Aides.
