    Title: Manager of Health System Partnerships

    Location: Candidate could reside/work in CA, CO, TX or TN preferred

    Overview: PRN is looking to find a great Manager of Health System Partnerships individual who will create a robust pipeline of Health System targets for partnership with PRN in the physical therapy market. The Manager of Health System Partnerships will connect, cultivate, and preserve relationships with thought leaders and key influencers at targeted Health Systems Manager of Health System Partnerships is responsible for the sourcing, strategy and negotiation to advance opportunities that will result in the closing of Health System partnerships which will expand PRN’s clinics and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify business opportunities, develop complex approaches to create relationships with strategic healthcare systems
    • Partner in new and existing markets with health systems to help increase businesses and growth
    • Oversee relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth through and align healthcare values, partner assets, care delivery strategies, and market our services
    • Work collaboratively internally or externally with subject matter experts, medical experts (e.g., care management integration team, marketing, compliance) to bring in best practices and execution of growth strategies
    • Build efficient tools and requirements to effectively scale operations across multiple partners throughout the west coast and the U. S.
    • Perform operational and financial data analysis for large healthcare systems to identify business partnership opportunities that will optimize operations while improving the cost structure
    • Join forces with the cross functional team to expand and deliver analytics that demonstrate company performance and partner specific metrics that meet partner goals and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with the marketing and/or communication team to generate email, social media, and web content that engages and mobilizes partner organizations 

    Education & Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in developing relationships across healthcare systems and hospitals
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business-related field required;
      Master degree preferred
    • Proven track record of healthcare system and hospital business development, great relationship and deal execution
    • Good basic understanding of healthcare payors, providers, insurance, etc.
    • Have had experience with sold partnerships to health systems a plus

    • Capable to determine value proposition quickly
    • Outstanding planning and organization skills
    • Clear, concise oral and written communication skills
    • Able to analyze data, information and insight to define strategy
    • Able to operate independently without strong support/guidance
    • Action-oriented, decisive, flexible, and innovative approach to growth and partnerships
    • Passion for quality of healthcare, healthcare expansion, and healthcare accessibility to all
    • Self-directed and self motivated
    • Work well within a fast paced and dynamic environment with an ability to have an impact in a short amount of time
    • A problem-solver or find work around solutions creatively
