    Title: Executive Fellowship Resident

    Location: Orange County, Dallas, Denver, Boise, Seattle or San Diego

    Overview: Are you a recent or soon to be graduate student ready to launch your career in the healthcare field? If so, Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated candidate to become part of our Executive Fellowship program. This position is a pathway to leadership by gaining experience, exposure and learning all things PRN while on track to potentially becoming a Senior Management Team Member. This position performs developmental-level work and participates in and leads a variety of projects contributing to the continued success of various organization-wide initiatives. This position will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee complex projects and tasks, while expediting workflow. There will be frequent interactions with employees throughout the organization, external clinics and clients, as well as frequent access to highly confidential information and files. This person must be able to work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities, accountability, and related tasks with little or no supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform developmental-level professional work, research, and analysis in support of the organization
    • Assist with developing and implementing projects and programs impacting one or more departments
    • Interact regularly with team members from other departments to ensure effective interdepartmental communication and maximize operation effectiveness
    • Assist with organization processes by inputting data, performing appropriate analysis, and preparing necessary reports
    • Evaluate and compare possible courses of action and make decision or recommendation after considering the various possibilities
    • Interact with board members, healthcare executives, and clinical staff
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Education & Experience:

    • MHA or MBA required
    • 1+ years of related work experience
    • Work in healthcare related environment required

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Must possess very strong computer skills and tech savvy, especially Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change in direction and priority from executives
    • Ability to always maintain high degree of confidentiality
    • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, a multi-tasker
    • Professional personality, demeanor, and presence
    • Excellent in time-management
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Independent, self-starter who is prepared and timely
    • Strong desire to be in the healthcare industry and leadership career trajectory
