    Shift: Per Diem. Intermittent weekday and weekend coverage. Minimum of 2 weekend shifts/month.

We are primarily an outpatient physical therapy company. However, we have partnered with a few healthcare providers offering rehabilitation services in various settings.

    We currently have an opening for a Float Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient rehabilitation team a few of our hospitals we have partnered with in the Seattle area. This role will float to Burien & Enumclaw, WA. This opportunity is in an inpatient acute setting. We are looking for someone who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy.

    Position Summary:

    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
    • Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with physicians' orders.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
    • Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.
    • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support recovery.
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
    • Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist
