    Job Title: Vice President of Strategic Partnerships (Physical Therapy)

    Location: Remote (Preference in Greater Nashville Area)

    Job Summary:

    PRN is committed to revolutionizing physical therapy delivery through operational excellence. The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships (Physical Therapy) will play a pivotal role in steering the operational aspects of our inpatient physical therapy partnerships. This strategic leader will focus on optimizing sales processes, expanding market reach, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Key responsibilities include refining operational efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering strong relationships within the healthcare industry.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    1\. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives and position PRN as a leader in inpatient physical therapy managed services.

     

    2\. Partnership Acquisition: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within healthcare providers, physician groups, insurers, and various healthcare settings, including hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, and integrated medical practices.

     

    3\. Operational Expansion: Identify operational needs in new markets and service lines, overseeing geographic expansion and service diversification.

     

    4\. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry, ensuring operational alignment with hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, and integrated medical practices.

     

    5\. Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes, from client onboarding to service delivery, to enhance efficiency and maximize the value of PRN's offerings.

     

    6\. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs), working towards continuous improvement and adapting strategies to meet operational goals.

     

    7\. Industry Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform operational strategies and enhance service delivery.

     

    8\. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure operational alignment and support for business initiatives.

     

    9\. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure operational activities comply with regulations and industry standards. Generate regular reports on operational performance for senior leadership.

     

    Qualifications:

    \- 5-10 years of relevant experience in health system-based staffing or healthcare services operations.

    \- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    \- Proven track record of success in both sales and operational leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with experience in rehabilitation services (physical therapy).

    \- In-depth understanding of the physical therapy market and healthcare landscape.

    \- Strong leadership and team management skills, focused on achieving operational excellence.

    \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong client relationships.

    \- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute operational plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.

    \- Proficiency in operational and customer relationship management tools.

    \- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.

     

    Travel Requirements:

    \- This position can be located anywhere in the US, with a preference for the Greater Nashville area, but regular travel to our 16 existing markets and potential new markets is essential. The role requires 75% or greater travel for successful execution of operational responsibilities.
