We are an independent, PT-owned specialty rehabilitation clinic in Portage, Michigan, and we're looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

💙 Manageable Patient Volumes Typically 8–10 patients scheduled daily, with 40-minute appointments for commercial insurance patients and 50-minute appointments for Medicare patients.
💙 Competitive Compensation $78,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and clinical expertise.
💙 Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and agreement terms. Relocation assistance may also be available.
