What You’ll Do

• Create individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Build strong relationships with patients and your clinical team
• Deliver high-quality manual therapy, functional rehab, and pre/post-operative care
• Streamline documentation using our modern EMR with Ambient Listening Technology
• Support community wellness and promote long-term health outcomes

Total Compensation

• Approximately $124,000–$135,000 total annual compensation
  (Base salary + tiered incentives + signing bonus + student loan reimbursement + CEU reimbursement)
• Productivity incentives that reward patient access and clinical excellence

What You’ll Need

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
• Current or eligible Arizona PT license
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
