About the Role:

Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their growing team. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions

Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes

Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-treatment maintenance

Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure

Experience in orthopedic, sports, or outpatient physical therapy settings preferred

Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
