a2z Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN, experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a flexible, community-based setting. We’re looking for a compassionate and driven clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. This role involves treating individuals recovering from a variety of musculoskeletal injuries—whether from daily life, accidents, or work-related incidents—within the comfort of their homes or preferred environment.
NO OASIS – Just Quality One-on-One Patient Care! At a2z Physical Therapy, we believe in simplifying your work so you can focus on what truly matters: helping patients heal. We don’t require OASIS documentation—giving you more time for hands-on care and less time behind a screen.
Pay Per Visit: $80–$110 Compensation is determined by the type of visit (e.g., evaluations, follow-ups, progress reports) and the level of clinical experience. Higher rates are offered for more complex visits and for therapists who consistently provide timely, high-quality care and documentation.
Therapists who demonstrate strong performance, build patient trust, and contribute to business growth through positive reviews, community referrals, and relationship-building will be considered for increased pay opportunities and expanded responsibilities.
There is also potential to transition into a full-time role as your caseload increases and your impact within the company grows. We're looking for team members who see this not just as a job, but as a place to grow alongside a company that values your contributions and supports your career path.
