    About This Role:

    • Schedule: Full-Time, Mon- Fri
    • Compensation: $85K–$115K+ in annual packages with productivity incentives that reward your patient care access

    In This Role, You Will:

    • Provide personalized, hands-on outpatient care
    • Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
    • Collaborate with a supportive team to optimize outcomes
    • Build meaningful relationships with patients and your local community
    • Document efficiently using our cutting-edge EMR system

    Role Requirements:

    • Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program
    • Current California PT license (or license-eligible)
    • Pelvic Health experience is a plus, but not required
