    Salary: $82,000 – $87,000/year

    $3,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days!

    What We Offer:

    Competitive Salary: $82,000–$87,000 annually

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized PT treatment programs

    Help patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life

    Track progress and adjust care plans based on patient response

    Educate patients on home exercise and self-management techniques

    Collaborate with PTAs and the clinical team for integrated care

    Accurately document treatments using Prompt EMR

    Maintain professional and regulatory compliance standards

    Qualifications:

    Licensed PT in the State of Michigan

    Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    Passionate about patient care, learning, and growth

    Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Interested in advanced treatment techniques (McKenzie, Red Cord, Dry Needling)
