Physical Therapist (Early Intervention – Babies Can’t Wait Program)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to support infants and toddlers through the Babies Can’t Wait early intervention program. In this role, you will work directly with children (birth to age 3) and their families to promote developmental progress in natural environments such as homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSP-based)
• Provide family-centered therapy in home and community settings
• Educate caregivers on techniques to support developmental progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (OT, SLP, Service Coordinators)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in [State]
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
