    Job Summary We are looking for a full-time pediatric physical therapist to join our dynamic team. Our therapists collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive assessment to determine a treatment plan based on a child's unique needs. Our therapists focus on functional independence in all areas of daily living and the progression of age-appropriate developmental skills in a child's home, community, and school environments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children develop these necessary functional skills to prepare them for the transition to become an independent adult.     Duties

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

    Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy.

    Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home care strategies.

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

    Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.

    Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

    Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.

    Qualifications

    Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

    Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

    Experience in home community care, pediatrics, orthopedics, or outpatient settings is preferred.

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

    Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including inpatient care approaches.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physical therapy.
