Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Total compensation potential: $122,500+ annually depending on experience and performance

• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available

Our Austin Bluffs Parkway clinic in Colorado Springs provides a strong focus on outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. We emphasize hands-on, evidence-based treatment and a patient-first approach. Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide manual therapy and functional rehabilitation techniques

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

• Current Colorado PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• New graduates encouraged to apply; mentorship available

• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
