    Salary & Incentives

    • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

    • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

    • Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000

    About the Clinic

    Each Action Potential PT location specializes in outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on manual therapy, functional rehab, and evidence-based treatment. Services offered include:

    • Orthopedic & sports physical therapy

    • Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation

    • Pre- and post-op care

    • Chronic & acute injury management

    • Return-to-sport/work programs

    Job Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

    • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

    • Provide hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs

    • Educate patients and families on recovery & prevention

    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal patient outcomes

    • Maintain thorough documentation in EMR

    • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing CE

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

    • Active Colorado PT license (or eligibility to obtain)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
