Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Experienced therapists are preferred, but new/recent graduates are welcome to apply as well.
• Current state of Connecticut license, CPR certification
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic.
• Possess a passion for using evidenced-based manual therapy interventions
• Be eager to grow professionally within an organization

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
