    Job Description: A2Z Physical Therapy is currently seeking PRN and part-time Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes. We are looking for compassionate and motivated individuals who are committed to improving the quality of life for their patients.     Responsibilities:

    Provide skilled physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education on injury prevention.

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, other healthcare professionals, insurance adjusters, and case managers to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.

    Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.

    Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques for exercises and activities of daily living, as well as strategies for managing pain and reducing the risk of re-injury.

    Requirements:

    Must be willing to travel throughout our service area

    Valid physical therapy assistant license in Maryland

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related field, focusing on treating accident and injury patients.

    Have graduated from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

    Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and experience working with insurance companies and case managers.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.

    Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
