    What You’ll Love

    Total Compensation

    • Approximately $98,000–$112,000 total annual compensation
      (Hourly base + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + signing bonus or student loan repayment)
    • Monthly incentive bonus potential up to $2,500/month

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver high-quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
    • Document treatment notes and track patient progress
    • Educate, motivate, and support patients throughout their rehab journey
    • Collaborate closely with therapists and clinic staff to ensure outstanding outcomes

    What You’ll Bring

    • Graduation from an accredited PTA program
    • Current or eligible Colorado PTA license
    • Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care
    • A collaborative mindset and desire for ongoing professional growth
