Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized care plans and adjust interventions as appropriate
Document accurately and efficiently in our EMR
Collaborate with therapists, aides, and front office for efficient care delivery
Build rapport with patients, families, and referral partners
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Colorado PTA license in good standing (or eligibility)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Ability to thrive in a dynamic outpatient setting and manage a varied caseload
