About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Butte Premier Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Chico, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives while working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients during therapy sessions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Salary $30/hr
Paid Time Off (PTO) 2 weeks paid time off (accrued at a rate of 0.04 PTO per hour worked)
Sick Time 40 hours per year to be used however you want
401(k) 4% match (to begin after 90-day probationary period)
Health Insurance $200 per month paid toward your health insurance premium (to begin after 90 day probationary period). If you would prefer to start your health insurance coverage immediately, you will be responsible for the entire premium for the first 90 days.
