    The Opportunity We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care and eager to make a difference.     What You’ll Do

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.

    Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures

    Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff

    Provide high-quality physical therapy services under the direction of licensed physical therapists

    Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to maximize patient function and outcomes

    Support patients with motivation, education, and hands-on care

    Contribute to a positive patient experience and team environment

    What We’re Looking For

    Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)

    Strong communication (bilingual+) and teamwork skills

    Dedication to patient-centered care and positive outcomes

    College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program

    Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE

    CPR certification
