What You’ll Do:

Lead clinic operations, balancing patient care, mentorship, and team management

Deliver high-quality and evidence-based physical therapy services under PT supervision

Collaborate on clinic strategy, growth, and team development

Learn and integrate advanced training in orofacial/TMJ disorders (provided by us)

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Maryland

3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Interest in leadership and clinic operations

Eagerness to learn new clinical skills (especially in orofacial pain/TMJ)

Someone who takes ownership, wants to grow, and brings positive energy to the team
