Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (or graduating) from an accredited PTA program
• Licensure: Current CA Licensure or ability to obtain
• Experience: New graduates welcome to apply
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; passion for patient care; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under therapist supervision
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional training
• Apply therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
