    Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time)

Physical therapist assistants are often overworked, underpaid, and pressured to hit unrealistic metrics. At Tristar Physical Therapy, we believe you should be able to focus on patients—not quotas. That’s why we provide a supportive environment with a manageable caseload so you can deliver the best possible care and help patients see real results.

I’m Jordan Black, PT, DPT, founder of Tristar. My passion for physical therapy comes from my own experiences as a patient. Despite seeing top providers, I often felt like a number—treated by professionals who were overloaded and unable to give the care they wanted. I decided to create something different: a practice centered on one-on-one, results-driven rehab where patients feel truly cared for, and therapists have the time and support to succeed.

Since opening, we’ve grown quickly, served tens of thousands of residents, and built an incredible team. We now have an opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join us. We value passion, outgoing personalities, and clinical excellence. Outpatient orthopedic experience is ideal, but new grads are welcome to apply.

    Why Join Us?

Mentorship & Support: You’re never alone—we grow and problem-solve together.

Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary, bonus structure, and benefits designed to prevent burnout.

Advancement Opportunities: Paths to Clinical Director and even ownership for those who help expand the practice.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, CEU reimbursement, holiday pay.

Flexibility: Options for part-time or full-time schedules to fit your lifestyle.

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $5,000 tax-free (while federal program exists).
