Trilogy Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys outpatient care and wants to continue developing professionally within a collaborative team.
This position provides the opportunity to strengthen your orthopedic rehabilitation skills while gaining exposure to specialized services, including oncology rehabilitation.
You will work closely with Physical Therapists and other team members to deliver meaningful patient care, support patient progress, and contribute to an environment where people share ideas and grow together.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction and plan of care established by a Physical Therapist
Carry out therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual interventions, and patient education as appropriate
Monitor patient response and communicate meaningful changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Help patients understand and participate in their rehabilitation program
Document treatment accurately and within expected timeframes
Support continuity of care and plan-of-care completion
Collaborate with clinicians and administrative team members
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional-development opportunities
Contribute to a safe, respectful, and encouraging clinical environment
Develop skills in specialty areas based on interest, opportunity, and organizational needs
What we are looking for
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current or eligible New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals
Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapists and other team members
Dependability, organization, and professional integrity
Interest in ongoing clinical and professional development
Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Interest in oncology rehabilitation is a plus
