About the Role:

Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as a Physical Therapist Assistant PRN in sunny Tampa Bay and Plant City, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Conduct patient assessments and document progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility and strength.

Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness strategies.

Monitor and report patient responses to therapy and adjust care as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required.

Home Health experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
