Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time / Part-Time

At 1st Americare Outpatient Clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team.

Job Location: Sterling, VA

Position Overview:

As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover, improve mobility, and achieve their functional goals in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment

Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Virginia

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Outpatient experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
