    Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Damascus, MD Signing Bonus - $5,000.00

    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Damascus clinical team. The PTA will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high‑quality rehabilitative care, helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, team‑oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients of varying ages and conditions

    Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as directed by the supervising PT

    Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

    Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and ongoing care

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

    Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

    Support clinic flow by assisting with scheduling, patient transitions, and general operational needs when appropriate

    Qualifications

    Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)

    Graduation from an accredited PTA program

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment

    Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care

    Prior outpatient experience preferred but not required
