Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing clinic! Established for 2 years, our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, one-on-one care to adults and geriatric patients with a range of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular needs. About the Clinic:
- Clinic owner is a licensed Physical Therapist who is actively involved in both patient care and team mentorship.
- Current team includes 3 PTs (one part-time), and we’re now adding a dedicated PTA to continue delivering exceptional care.
- Specialties include Orthopedics, Neurology, Balance, and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
- Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly compensation up to $40/hour, based on experience.
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- $300/month health insurance stipend.
- $800/year stipend for external continuing education.
- Unlimited in-house continuing education to support ongoing growth.
- 2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays.

Position Overview:
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one care in 40-minute treatment blocks under the direction of a licensed PT.
- Assist with 60-minute initial evaluations as needed.
- Start date is flexible—we’re ready when you are.
- New grads are welcome—training and mentorship provided.
- Utilize Prompt EMR and AI Note Taking tools to streamline documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
- Provide evidence-based interventions in orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care.
- Support a team-based, patient-centered environment.
- Participate in in-house continuing education and development programs.
- Collaborate closely with PTs to ensure patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship provided.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in quality, personalized care.
- Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
