    • Unlimited in-house continuing education to support ongoing growth.
    • 2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays.
    • 401(k) option coming soon.
    • Sales commission opportunities available.
    • Supportive mentorship from the clinic owner and a collaborative work culture.

    Position Overview:

    • Deliver individualized, one-on-one care in 40-minute treatment blocks under the direction of a licensed PT.
    • Assist with 60-minute initial evaluations as needed.
    • Start date is flexible—we’re ready when you are.
    • New grads are welcome—training and mentorship provided.
    • Utilize Prompt EMR and AI Note Taking tools to streamline documentation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
    • Provide evidence-based interventions in orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care.
    • Support a team-based, patient-centered environment.
    • Participate in in-house continuing education and development programs.
    • Collaborate closely with PTs to ensure patients meet their rehabilitation goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
    • Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state.
    • New graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship provided.
    • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in quality, personalized care.
    • Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
