    Service Areas: Palm Desert, Indio, La Quinta, Coachella, and surrounding areas

    Position Overview

    We are seeking motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team in the Coachella Valley region.

    In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery—helping them restore mobility, independence, and quality of life in a comfortable home setting.

    Qualifications

    Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

    Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license

    Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Home Health preferred)

    Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance

    Current CPR certification

    Completion of a pre-employment physical and TB test (within 6 months)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently in a home health setting

    Willingness to travel within the assigned service area
